The ruling

What a verdict looks like

The Business room, on a real decision. Same format you get back.

The work handed to the room

“We're adding a $49/month membership to the agency. Templates, a monthly group call, a private community.”

Each advisor ends with a call CHAMPION ship it FIX fix this first KILL don't do it

The Business Board

The Editor: A membership is a second business, not a second revenue line. Who runs it in month four, when the calls stop being fun? KILL

The Consolidator: Templates, a call, and a community is three products wearing one price. Sell the one they already ask you for. FIX

The Hustler: Do not build the portal. Sell ten seats by email this week and run the first call on Zoom. If ten people will not pay, nothing else matters.

Synthesis: Every piece of this exists free in a Drive folder and a group chat. The reason to pay is you in the room, so sell the call and let the templates come free with it. Do not build anything until ten people have paid. Top risk: a membership nobody churns out of loudly, they just stop showing up, and you find out in month six.

Your next moves:

  1. Today: email the ten clients who already ask you for advice. Offer ten seats at $49 and take the money before anything is built.
  2. Run the first call on Zoom with a shared doc. No portal, no community app, no templates yet.
  3. If fewer than ten pay inside a week, kill it and keep selling the service.

Questions people ask

How many rooms does the free verdict cover?

One. The Business room is open to everyone. The license opens the Creative Director and Marketing rooms, plus the full report where all three judge the same piece.

What can I submit?

A headline, a paragraph of copy, a pitch, a plan, a live URL, or a screenshot of a design. If a human could judge it in two minutes, the room can judge it.

Do you store my submission?

No. It is used to produce your verdict and is never stored, republished, or used to train anything.

Can I keep the verdict?

Yes. Save it as a share card, save the full verdict as an image, or email it to yourself. All three are one click under the verdict.
